It is important to pick a realtor that is professional and has certain qualities. Here are things to look for when picking out a realtor for your Admirals Cove home.

Tells the truth- A good realtor will always tell you the truth, whether it’s what you want to hear or not. If your realtor is automatically agreeing with your asking price, chance are they are just telling you what you want to hear in order to sign a new client.

Communicates- A realtor that you want to go with is also someone that makes sure to communicate with you throughout the entire process. There is nothing more frustrating or stressful than hiring a realtor and then not hearing from them for weeks at a time. Make sure when hiring a realtor that they will keep you in the loop when it comes to what is going on with your home.

Sells the home- Most importantly, a good realtor sells your house. Even more important, they will do it in a timely manner and at a fair price.
