The first half of 2013 featured bidding wars, surging home prices, and low interest rates. As the year has progressed, home buying is starting to become easier and easier. Prospective home buyers are seeing bidding wars being replaced with more home selection and less competition. Here are some reasons why buying a home in Admirals Cove has become easier.

Increased inventory- A few months ago there were more people wanting a buy a home then there were homes for sale. With buyers truing to outbid each other, home prices continued to clime higher and higher. Now though, inventory levels are starting to increase and as a result finding the perfect home is becoming easier as well.

Home value growth is slowing down- Since the bidding wars have started off, home prices have stopped increasing quite so quickly. Now that the supply is starting to catch up to the demand, there is less competition which leads to the home value growth to slow down.
