Ultimately, only you can decide if it’s the right time to buy a new home. If you are on the fence though, here are some reasons why now is the perfect time to buy that home.

Mortgage rates are low- Something as small as a fraction of a percentage point can add up to a lot of money over the life of your loan. Just the slightest difference in your mortgage rate can cost you several thousand dollars. So if you are looking to get that new home, now might be the perfect time before those mortgage rates go back up again.

Prices are going up- The housing market is recovering and that means housing prices are starting to rise. It is better to buy a home before the prices rise too much. Your best bet is to buy now, while the prices are still low.
